Shipping Information

I. Delivery Areas

We ship our products via our online store within Germany as standard.

II. Delivery Outside Germany

If you are located abroad, please feel free to send us an inquiry regarding the desired products and quantities using the contact form. We will review the shipping options on a case-by-case basis and coordinate the costs directly with you.

III. Shipping Methods, Delivery Times, and Shipping Costs

• Packages: DPD Standard Shipping: €4.90
• DPD Express Same-Day Delivery: €12.50
• DPD Express by 12:00 PM: €19.00
• We offer free shipping on orders of €250 or more.

• Pallets are shipped via freight carrier Kühne & Nagel.

Delivery time is typically 2–3 business days, unless otherwise specified for the product.

Shipping costs within Germany are calculated separately and shown during the ordering process. For international deliveries, we will coordinate the terms individually.

Delivery to Austria:

• Standard shipping via DPD: €11.90

To ensure we can invoice your order to Austria correctly for tax purposes without German VAT, you must create a customer account in advance.

IV. Customs & Import

For exports, we will handle the export declaration upon request. Import customs clearance and taxation are at the customer’s expense.

V. Delivery Date

The delivery period begins, in the case of prepayment, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank, or, for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends at the close of the last day of the period.

If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is replaced by the next business day.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

If items with different delivery times are ordered, they will be shipped in a single shipment unless partial delivery has been agreed upon. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Payment Methods for Our Existing Customers & New Customers:

The following payment options are available for orders placed through our online shop:

I. Purchase on Account (exclusively for existing customers)

Delivery is made on account by default.

This payment method is available exclusively to business customers.

II. Prepayment

If you have selected the prepayment payment method, you will receive a prepayment invoice with our bank details in a separate email. Please transfer the invoice amount only after receiving this email.

III. PayPal, credit card

You can also conveniently pay via PayPal in the shop. All payment methods offered by PayPal (SEPA Direct Debit, credit card, etc.) are available.

IV. Special Notes

• For new customers, customers outside Germany, or in cases of unclear creditworthiness, we reserve the right to deliver only against prepayment, credit card, PayPal, or by arrangement.
• In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to withhold further deliveries, demand security deposits, or withdraw from the contract.
