The computer-controlled ink dosing system makes it possible to reproduce almost any color shade from the color references: Pantone Formular guide coated; HKS K and RAL K5.
In addition, the environment is protected because the inks are mixed at the dosing system with gram precision for each print job. This avoids expensive and environmentally harmful excess quantities and the resulting residual inks. The result is print images with a high degree of repeat accuracy on a wide range of substrates – even on transparent films. Color accuracy is also improved, enabling us to meet your color specifications better than ever before. With the spectrophotometer, color results can be measured for the first time and customer templates can be measured accurately.
Positive print image:
With positive printing, the original surface of the adhesive tape is printed with up to four colors.
Negative print image:
Negative printing creates, for example, white lettering on a green background.
This is achieved by leaving out the body text and printing the surrounding areas in green.
