We would like to inform you about a change regarding 3M™ Conformable Sound Management Film Tape 9343, which we process as an authorized distributor and converter.

Since March 1, 2024, the manufacturer 3M™ has been manufacturing this product with a newly formulated adhesive, as the original raw material in the adhesive formulation is no longer available. This measure was taken to ensure continuous service and minimize potential service interruptions. The newly formulated adhesive has similar chemistry and performance to the adhesive used previously.

3M™ expects that 3M™ Conformable Sound Management Film Tape 9343 with the new adhesive will offer comparable performance and functionality. Internal qualification tests indicate that the updated products continue to meet the same specifications.

Nevertheless, we recommend that our customers test and evaluate the new product to ensure that it is suitable for their specific requirements. If you are interested in sample material of the updated version of 3M™ Conformable Sound Management Film Tape 9343, please note that we do not currently have any sample material in stock.
