With tesa® 74515, tesa is expanding its range with an innovative, double-sided transfer adhesive tape for particularly demanding bonding applications. The transparent 125 µm thick adhesive tape was specially developed for substrates with low surface energy (LSE) such as PP, PE, and EPDM – and impresses with its strong adhesion, adaptability, and temperature resistance.

Outstanding performance without primer

Thanks to its adhesive-promoting acrylic adhesive, tesa® 74515 offers excellent immediate adhesion and high shear strength without the use of a primer. The thick, adaptable adhesive layer—without a backing material—compensates for unevenness and ensures even wetting and optimal stress distribution.

Even under challenging environmental conditions, such as moisture or short-term exposure to heat up to 200 °C, the bond remains durable and reliable. This makes the tape the ideal solution for precise industrial applications where a clean appearance and long-term durability are required.
