With the new 3M™ Xtract™ Cubitron™ II paper disc 732U, a complete range of grit sizes from 80+ to 1,000+ is now available. This product is designed to significantly increase productivity in grinding and surface finishing processes and offers a new dimension in efficiency and service life.

The patented 3M Multihole perforation ensures optimized dust extraction during grinding and finishing. The result: improved stock removal, extended disc life, and less downtime due to disc changes. Another advantage is that the perforation does not have to be precisely aligned with the grinding disc, making replacement quick, easy, and practical.

The precision-molded 3M ceramic grain used is considered a milestone in grinding technology. Thanks to its special triangular geometry, the grain cuts precisely into the material instead of simply displacing it. As a result, the 732U achieves up to four times longer service life compared to conventional abrasives.

With grit sizes ranging from 80+ to 1,000+, the disc covers a wide range of applications – from aggressive material removal to fine finishing applications. Typical substrates include metals, paints, composites, and various types of wood. This allows you to benefit from a high degree of flexibility and versatility for a wide variety of processing tasks.

The C-paper backing makes the disc particularly flexible – ideal for applications where edge stability is not a priority. The 732U achieves its best results in combination with 3M Xtract random orbital sanders: efficient dust extraction keeps the sanding surface clear, ensuring faster removal while maintaining high quality.
