3M Cubitron 3 Roloc Disc 1184F

The 3M™ Cubitron™ 3 Roloc™ Edge Disc 1184F was developed for high-performance grinding applications that require a small, robust disc with high material removal rates. It is ideal for edge finishing under medium to high contact pressure and delivers consistent results even on demanding materials.

The advanced 3M precision-shaped grain with a special grain architecture ensures long-lasting sharp cutting edges. This achieves exceptionally fast material removal—even at reduced pressure. This improves control during the grinding process while reducing physical strain.

An integrated grinding aid supports low-temperature grinding. Heat generation, heat-induced discoloration, and the risk of stress cracks are significantly minimized, particularly when working with stainless steel as well as nickel and cobalt-chromium alloys.

The two-layer polyester backing ensures stability and even wear throughout the entire service life. In combination with the 3M™ Roloc™ quick-change system, the disc allows for quick changes between different grits—ideal for efficient, flexible workflows.

Thanks to its long service life, the disc increases productivity, reduces abrasive waste, and minimizes machine downtime.
