The advanced 3M precision-shaped grain with an optimized grain shape ensures consistently sharp cutting edges. This achieves exceptionally fast material removal—even at lower pressures. This reduces physical strain and enables a precise, uniform grinding finish.

An integrated grinding aid supports a cool grinding process when working with stainless steel as well as nickel and cobalt-chromium alloys. This minimizes heat discoloration and significantly reduces the risk of stress cracks.

The stable, two-layer polyester backing ensures high dimensional stability and even wear throughout the disc’s entire service life. With the 3M™ Roloc™ quick-change system, discs can be replaced quickly and safely—ideal for efficient workflows in changing applications.

Thanks to the extended service life, more workpieces can be processed per disc, while abrasive consumption and machine downtime are reduced.
