The 3M™ Cubitron™ 3 Roloc™ Edge Disc 1184F is designed for high-performance grinding applications that require a compact disc with high wear resistance. It truly shines during precise edge finishing under medium to high contact pressure.

The modernized 3M precision-shaped grain with a special grain architecture ensures consistently sharp cutting edges. This achieves exceptionally high material removal—even at lower pressures. The result is an efficient, controlled grinding process with consistent performance.

An integrated grinding aid supports temperature control during the machining of stainless steel as well as nickel and cobalt-chromium alloys. This reduces tempering discoloration and minimizes the risk of heat-induced material damage.

The robust, two-layer polyester backing ensures stability and even wear throughout the entire service life. Thanks to the 3M™ Roloc™ quick-change system, discs can be replaced quickly and safely—ideal for flexible production processes with varying grit sizes.
