The 3M™ Cubitron™ 3 Roloc™ Edge Disc 1184F was developed for demanding grinding processes that require a compact, highly durable disc. It is ideal for edge work under medium to high contact pressure and delivers high efficiency and process reliability.

The advanced 3M precision-shaped grain with special geometry ensures permanently sharp cutting edges. This achieves exceptionally fast material removal—while reducing the effort required. Less pressure means less strain on the user and a more controlled grinding pattern.

An integrated grinding additive reduces heat generation when machining stainless steel as well as nickel and cobalt-chromium alloys. This minimizes discoloration and significantly reduces the risk of heat-induced stress cracks.

The stable, two-layer polyester backing supports even wear and ensures an exceptionally long service life. In combination with the 3M™ Roloc™ quick-change system, discs can be replaced particularly quickly—ideal for efficient workflows with changing applications or grits.

Thanks to its long service life and consistent removal rate, the disc increases productivity while reducing abrasive changes and downtime.
