The 3M™ Cubitron™ 3 Roloc™ Edge Disc 1184F was developed for high-performance grinding applications that require a compact disc with long service life and maximum control. It delivers exceptional efficiency and precision, particularly for edge finishing under medium to high contact pressure.

The redesigned 3M precision-shaped grain with an optimized structure ensures that the cutting edges remain active longer. As a result, the wheel achieves very high removal rates while requiring less force. Less pressure means more control and a more comfortable working experience.

An integrated grinding aid supports a low-temperature grinding process. This helps reduce heat discoloration and minimize the risk of heat-induced stress cracks, particularly when working with stainless steel as well as nickel and cobalt-chromium alloys.

The robust, two-layer polyester backing ensures dimensional stability and even wear throughout the entire service life. The proven 3M™ Roloc™ quick-change system enables fast disc changes—ideal for flexible work processes involving different grits and applications.
