Tool-free production directly from the roll
Using our rotary laser, we manufacture custom die-cut parts from self-adhesive materials directly from roll stock. The contactless process enables precise processing of even complex contours without the need for conventional die-cutting tools.
This makes rotary laser cutting particularly suitable for smaller batch sizes, changing geometries and applications requiring a high degree of flexibility. Contour changes can be implemented without the need to manufacture a new die-cutting tool.
Flexible production without die-cutting tools
Laser cutting is a contactless process that applies virtually no mechanical force. This allows even intricate contours to be produced with high precision. Compared with conventional die-cutting, there is no need to manufacture a custom die-cutting tool – a particular advantage for prototypes, smaller production runs or frequently changing geometries.
