The 3M™ Coverall 4540+ is made from a premium two-component nonwoven fabric and features a breathable, triangular SMMMS back panel for added comfort. This soft and lightweight coverall provides an excellent barrier against hazardous particles and limited liquid splashes.

The 3M™ 4540+ Protective Coverall acts as a strong barrier against particles and—to a limited extent—against liquid splashes. This pure white 3M 4540+ Protective Coverall with a triangular blue back panel meets the requirements of a range of standards for chemical protective clothing, including EN 1073-2 nuclear particle protection, EN 1149 antistatic, EN ISO 13688, Type 6 liquid splashes EN 13034, and Type 5 dust EN ISO 13982-1. It consists of a high-quality two-component nonwoven fabric that offers high tensile strength and is coated with a particularly low-lint, microporous laminate to provide a strong barrier against hazardous splashes. It is lightweight and soft, offering an excellent and comfortable fit over extended periods. The SMMMS back panel ensures improved breathability, reducing heat stress in hot environments. Knitted cuffs provide welcome comfort. The elastic waist and ankle areas enhance the fit and freedom of movement. The three-piece hood design is compatible with additional PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). The 2-way zipper with a tape-over flap provides additional protection and reduces the risk of skin exposure. This coverall also features an antistatic coating in accordance with EN 1149, which reduces static discharges and minimizes the risk of sparking.
