3M G3000N Safety Helmet, Yellow

The 3M™ Peltor™ G3000 safety helmet with 3M™ Uvicator™ sensor was developed in close collaboration with industry and the forestry sector and meets the highest safety requirements. The G30NUY model, made of UV-stabilized ABS plastic, is yellow and features a headband with a ratchet closure system and a PVC sweatband. The ratchet closure system ensures extremely precise and easy adjustment to the wearer’s head size. Unlike conventional helmets with ventilation, the G3000 has significantly more ventilation slots. This maximum permissible ventilation area on the top of the helmet shell ensures exceptionally high wearing comfort even during physically demanding work in warm environments. The extra-short visor ensures optimal visibility. The slim, round shape reduces the risk of getting caught on branches, for example. The Peltor™ G3000 safety helmet also offers an advantage when working in confined spaces or climbing trees: The interior lining can be rotated 180°, allowing the helmet to be worn with the visor at the back of the neck. Thanks to the special profile design, ear muffs or face shields can also be easily attached. Particularly practical: The patented 3M™ Peltor™ Uvicator sensor indicates when the helmet has lost its protective effect due to excessive UV exposure and should be replaced. The three-point chin strap attachment (available as an optional accessory) ensures a custom fit to the head shape and a perfect fit. The 3M™ Peltor™ G3000 safety helmet with 3M™ Uvicator™ is designed for use in forestry, industry, and construction. The helmet fits head circumferences of 53–62 cm.
