The Scotch-Brite™ High Strength Non-Woven Disc HS-DC is a general-purpose disc made of a durable, dense fabric. It is designed to effectively clean, deburr, roughen, smooth, and achieve a satin finish. Our discs feature a durable, open-weave construction that withstands heavy-duty use and runs cool, ensuring the abrasives cut at a consistent rate throughout the disc’s lifespan.

Use the Scotch-Brite™ High Strength abrasive disc to work on uneven surfaces and reach hard-to-access areas without damaging the workpiece. These multi-purpose discs effectively clean, deburr, debone, and de-fuzz, delivering a matte finish. Thanks to their durable, open-mesh non-woven construction, they do not clog or overheat. The abrasive grains ensure a high removal rate throughout the entire life of the disc. The discs can be used individually or in stacks on a straight grinder or bench grinder to machine larger areas, grids, slots, spigots, and grooves. Scotch-Brite™ is a unique surface finishing product featuring abrasives embedded in a nylon fiber fleece. The combination of abrasives and fibers creates an abrasive system that delivers consistent results throughout the life of the discs. The open-mesh material is dust-repellent and ensures that the abrasive minerals cut with high performance by preventing the nylon fibers from clogging.
