The 3M™ Cubitron™ 3 Fan-Shaped Sanding Disc 1169F was developed to make sanding work more economical and reliable. It combines high removal rate with consistent quality results and is particularly suitable for daily use in metalworking.

It utilizes the advanced 3M precision-shaped grain with optimized, curved geometry. This grain cuts rather than grinds and self-renews during the grinding process. As a result, the disc’s performance remains stable and high throughout its entire service life—without any noticeable drop in performance.

The flaps wear down evenly, continuously releasing fresh abrasive material. This ensures consistent material removal and a controlled finish. At the same time, heat generation is reduced, which is particularly advantageous when working with stainless steel, structural steel, and other temperature-sensitive materials.
