3M Xtract Cubitron II Cloth Disc 900DZ

The 3M Xtract™ Cubitron™ 900DZ cloth disc is a versatile, high-performance abrasive for applications ranging from precise random orbital sanding to effective deburring. The patented multi-hole pattern enables particularly efficient dust extraction, prevents clogging of the sanding disc, and thus ensures higher productivity and a cleaner work environment.
With the 3M™ Hookit™ attachment system, discs can be changed quickly and easily without having to align the holes precisely with the sanding pad. 3M’s precision-shaped ceramic grit actively cuts the material rather than displacing it, enabling up to twice the material removal rate of conventional abrasives. The robust and flexible J-cloth backing ensures tear resistance, durability, and a uniform finish on a wide variety of surfaces. Available in grits from 60 to P220, the disc is ideal for aluminum, fiberglass, gelcoat, as well as hard and soft wood.
