Beschreibung
The 3M Xtract™ Cubitron™ 900DZ cloth disc is a versatile abrasive for applications ranging from random orbital sanding to deburring. Its patented multi-hole pattern ensures highly efficient dust extraction, prevents clogging of the disc, and thus increases both productivity and service life. Thanks to the 3M™ Hookit™ attachment system, the discs can be changed quickly and without precise hole alignment.
Equipped with precision-shaped 3M ceramic grit, the disc achieves up to twice the material removal rate of conventional abrasives. The tear-resistant, flexible J-cloth backing combines high wear resistance with optimal adaptability and delivers a uniform sanding finish on a wide variety of surfaces. Available in grits from 60 to P220, the disc is suitable for materials such as aluminum, fiberglass, gelcoat, and hard and soft wood.
