3M Xtract Cubitron II Cloth Disc 900DZ

The 3M Xtract™ Cubitron™ 900DZ cloth disc is a versatile, high-performance abrasive disc for applications ranging from precise random orbital sanding to effective deburring. The patented multi-hole design ensures highly efficient dust extraction, reduces disc clogging, and thus contributes to longer service life, higher productivity, and a clean work environment.
With the 3M™ Hookit™ attachment system, discs can be changed quickly without requiring precise hole alignment. The precision-shaped ceramic grain actively cuts the material rather than displacing it, achieving up to twice the removal rate of conventional abrasives. The flexible, tear-resistant J-cloth backing combines durability with adaptability and ensures a uniform, high-quality finish. The disc is available in grits ranging from 60 to P220 and is suitable for materials such as aluminum, fiberglass, gelcoat, and hard and soft wood.
