The 3M Xtract™ Cubitron™ 900DZ cloth disc is a versatile sanding solution for applications ranging from random orbital sanding to deburring. Its patented multi-hole pattern enables particularly efficient dust extraction, prevents clogging, and thus increases productivity and workplace cleanliness. Thanks to the 3M™ Hookit™ attachment system, disc changes can be performed quickly and easily—without the hassle of aligning with the holes on the sanding pad.
3M’s precision-shaped ceramic grit cuts efficiently through the material rather than pushing it aside, delivering up to twice the removal rate of conventional abrasives. The tear-resistant, flexible J-cloth backing guarantees a long service life and a uniform finish. Available in grits from 60 to P220, the disc is ideal for materials such as aluminum, fiberglass, gelcoat, and hard and soft wood.
