The 3M™ 471F Marking Adhesive Film is a high-quality soft PVC adhesive tape with a 3.2 mm thick, medium-density closed-cell foam backing that provides a reliable seal against dust, light, and moisture. Thanks to its high flexibility and adaptability, the film is ideal for bonding, sealing, and masking even on curved or irregularly shaped surfaces.
The adhesive tape offers excellent vibration and noise damping as well as outstanding acoustic and water-repellent properties. It contributes to increasing product lifespan and optimizing product design. The paper backing allows for precise die-cutting without the need to laminate an additional backing—ideal for efficient processing in production.
Thanks to its combination of water resistance, flexibility, and durability, the 3M™ 471F Marking Adhesive Film is suitable not only for industrial applications but also for decorative purposes. It is abrasion-resistant, solvent-resistant (except against ketones, chlorinated hydrocarbons, and esters) and ensures long-lasting adhesion with easy application.
