The 3M™ Scotchcast™ Casting Resin Connection Kit 92-NBA GS enables first-class cable connections for applications up to 1 kV. It contains the high-performance, CMR-free 3M™ Scotchcast™ Premium Epoxy Resin 4 GS, which changes color after proper mixing of both resin components. The innovative, closed 3M mixing and pouring system ensures fast and clean filling of the resin into the one-piece casting shell.

The 3M™ Scotchcast™ Casting Resin Connection Kit 92-NBA GS is used for the insulation and mechanical protection of cable connections in the low-voltage range up to 1 kV. The eight product variants in sizes 0 through 7 cover a wide range of conductor cross-sections, ranging from 1.5 mm² to 240 mm². Additionally, sizes 1 and 3 can be supplied with a connector block. The innovative design of the 3M™ Scotchcast™ Casting Resin Connection Kit 92-NBA GS enables clean and quick installation thanks to the patented casting spout. Correct cable positioning is ensured by the foam seals included in the kit, the phase spacer, and the complete transparency of the shell. The super-hydrophobic and CMR-free 3M™ Scotchcast™ Premium Epoxy Resin 4 GS meets the requirements of IEC 60455-3-8, complies with EU Directives 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and 1907/2007/EC (REACH), and guarantees electrical insulation of the highest standard for professional use.
