3M™ Scotchcast Casting Resin Branch Kit

The 3M™ Scotchcast™ 92-NBB GS kit is a high-quality solution for electrical Y-connections in the low-voltage range up to 1 kV. It combines reliable insulation with robust mechanical protection—both indoors and outdoors, for underground installation, or even underwater. The kit contains the 3M™ Scotchcast™ 4 GS epoxy resin, which is free of CMR substances, isocyanates, halogens, and SVHC.
Thanks to a color indicator, the correct mixing ratio of the two resin components is immediately recognizable. The closed mixing and pouring system enables clean, fast application, while the transparent encapsulation shell allows for visual inspection of the cable position.
Available in three sizes (0–2), the kit covers cable cross-sections from 1.5 mm² to 35 mm². Sizes 1 and 2 are optionally available with a connector. The epoxy resin is water-repellent, temperature-resistant from –40 °C to +110 °C, and complies with the IEC 60455-3-8 standard as well as the EU RoHS and REACH directives.
