3M™ VHB™ Tape 4611F in dark gray is a 1.1 mm thick, double-sided high-performance adhesive tape with a versatile adhesive suitable for high temperatures. Designed for demanding industrial bonding applications, it replaces conventional joining methods such as welding, screwing, or riveting—while enabling a clean, efficient, and durable bond.

Thanks to its excellent temperature resistance, the tape is particularly suitable for applications where components are bonded prior to powder coating or painting. It adheres reliably to materials with high surface energy such as stainless steel, aluminum, or galvanized steel. The viscoelastic structure compensates for expansion and effectively absorbs vibrations and mechanical stresses.
