Beschreibung
3M™ Flexomount™ 411DL plate mounting tape was specifically developed for flexographic printing applications where uniform, solid-tone ink coverage is a priority. The double-sided vinyl tape features a soft rubber adhesive that provides high tack and reliably prevents the edges of printing plates or cylinders from lifting. At the same time, the tape can be removed from rubber and photopolymer plates without leaving any residue. It is suitable for mounting printing plates on flexographic printing cylinders as well as on sleeve systems. The material is resistant to plasticizers, aging, solvents, and mechanical stress, and offers excellent repositionability and secure hold during the printing process.
