Beschreibung
tesa® ACXplus 7063 is an acrylic foam adhesive tape with a black backing.
Due to its unique composition, the tape offers very high adhesive strength combined with excellent resistance to plasticizers. The product is particularly well-suited for use on surfaces that are difficult to bond, such as powder-coated surfaces or slightly low-energy plastics. Especially when bonding plastic materials to metal surfaces or in metal-to-metal bonding applications, the product stands out for its high bonding strength and offers high process reliability.
A foamed viscoelastic acrylate core allows the adhesive tape to compensate for the differing thermal expansion of dissimilar materials.
tesa® ACXplus 7063 has very high initial adhesion and peel strength.
