Beschreibung
The 3M™ Fastbond™ 30 NF is a versatile polypropylene-based contact adhesive that offers high initial tack, a long open time, and a wide operating temperature range up to 110°C. As a toluene-free, solvent-free emulsion adhesive, it offers enhanced workplace safety and environmental friendliness—ideal for industrial applications as well as use in sensitive areas such as interior finishing or furniture production.
Fastbond™ 30 NF is ideal for bonding a wide variety of materials, including foams, plastics, aluminum, wood, cardboard, leather, glass, ceramics, felt, and cork. It can be applied flexibly using a spray gun, brush, or roller. Once the water has evaporated, a permanently flexible and high-strength bond with good aging resistance is formed.
Due to its high flexibility, the adhesive is also suitable for subsequent shape adjustments while remaining temperature- and aging-resistant.
