Binding Fleece
These absorbent mats are highly effective and, thanks to their innovative microfiber structure, have an extremely high absorption capacity. The lightweight, highly absorbent material is easy to use and reliably absorbs and contains spilled liquids.
Absorbent mats – dry and safe.
If something spills in production, in the warehouse, or in the lab, a paper towel isn’t enough to prevent further damage.
Why this is necessary
If your coffee maker drips at home, it’s no big deal. But when it comes to production equipment or drums in the warehouse, the situation is different. That’s because many paints, oils, or acids pose a danger to people and the environment. Every drop is one too many. Absorbent mats therefore help prevent damage in two ways:
- They prevent liquids from spilling onto the floor.
- In an emergency, they allow spilled hazardous substances to be quickly and completely contained.
How binding interlinings ensure security
Absorbent pads do exactly what their name suggests: they absorb liquids—and they do it much better than any paper towel. You can tell at a glance which liquids they’re suitable for by their color:
- Blue: Oils
- Yellow: Chemicals
- Gray: Universal (including mild chemicals)
White absorbent mats are primarily used for water protection. Regardless of their color, absorbent mats share several positive characteristics:
- Absorbent mats are highly absorbent. This saves on material and disposal costs and protects the environment.
- They are dust-free and abrasion-resistant. This makes them suitable for cleaning sensitive machinery and equipment.
- They are easy to use and dispose of.
