The Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ EXL Compact Disc was developed for precise deburring, chamfering, and finishing and impresses with its strong, compact construction. It is ideal for metalworking applications as well as for finished parts with tight tolerances. The durable Scotch-Brite™ fiber fleece ensures consistent results throughout the entire service life.

The compressed, open-weave structure with evenly distributed abrasive grains enables a uniform finish while keeping the workpiece cool. Higher densities offer high cutting durability and aggressive cutting performance for effective edge deburring, while lower densities are flexible and adaptable, making them particularly suitable for finishing flat, contoured, or irregular surfaces without damaging the workpiece.

Thanks to the 3M™ Roloc™ mounting system, the discs can be changed quickly and securely, making them ideal for multi-stage finishing processes. The compact discs are available in various grits from fine to coarse and allow for uninterrupted work using both the disc edge and surface.
