The 3M™ Series 8000 Particulate Respirators are our pre-formed respirators. They offer FFP1, FFP2, and FFP3 respiratory protection with a convex shape and provide a comfortable fit for a wide range of face sizes.

The 3M™ 8835 respirator is a pre-formed mask from 3M’s premium line. Thanks to its soft foam sealing lip and excellent fit, the respirator offers exceptional comfort. The padded nose clip ensures an optimal fit to the shape of the face. The extra-wide, skin-friendly face seal is particularly secure and comfortable—as is the enlarged filter surface area for a longer service life. The adjustable, extra-wide headband allows for a custom fit. The large surface area of the mask body ensures maximum filtration performance while minimizing heat buildup inside the mask. In particular, the 3M™ Cool Flow™ exhalation valve prevents heat buildup inside the mask and makes breathing easier. Also patented and particularly innovative is the 3M™ Advanced Electret filter media—it provides greater protection and low breathing resistance and meets the requirements of the dolomite dust test (D). Particularly practical: The color-coded valve labeling simplifies identification of the protection level. The 8835 respirator has protection level FFP3 R D. The exposure limit is 30 times the particle limit value. Like all particulate respirators in the 3M™ Premium line, the 3M™ 8835 respirator offers the highest level of safety and meets the specific requirements (R D) for respirators that may be used for more than one shift. It is compatible with 3M™ safety glasses. Its applications include construction, shipbuilding and repair, pharmaceutical manufacturing, welding and soldering, chemical processing, iron and steel foundries, and battery manufacturing.
