The 3M™ Versaflo™ Welding Mask Series M-300, in combination with the 3M™ Adflo™ Respirator Blower, offers comprehensive protection for the respiratory tract, head, and face—especially for demanding work environments with particles, gases, or hot sparks. The head protection complies with EN 397 and thus meets the safety requirements for industrial applications.

The comfortable, wide-open visor design provides excellent downward and sideward visibility, as well as a clear view of the work area. The coated visor offers high chemical and scratch resistance, ensuring a long service life. The flame-retardant face seal provides additional protection when working with hot particles, such as those typically generated during welding, grinding, or cutting.

For high wearing comfort, the mask is equipped with a fully adjustable headband and soft fabric straps that ensure an optimal fit and even weight distribution. The headpiece features an integrated airflow regulator that allows users to adjust the airflow to their individual needs.

The 3M™ Adflo™ respiratory blower delivers a constant airflow of 170 liters per minute—regardless of battery charge or filter condition. For warm and humid work environments, the airflow can be increased to 200 liters per minute. With the appropriate filter, the Adflo system provides reliable protection against particles or gases. The system can be quickly connected with one hand using the QRS (Quick Release Swivel) air hose.

The package includes numerous comfort and safety features such as an airflow indicator, pre-filter, spark arrestor, particle filter, lithium-ion battery, belt, and charger. The standard battery fully charges in about 4–5 hours and provides 7–9 hours of runtime. Optionally available odor filters and gas filters expand the range of applications.
