The 3M™ Versaflo™ TR-802E blower unit is the intrinsically safe system component of the 3M™ Versaflo™ TR-800 blower-powered respiratory protection system. It was developed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and offers reliable protection when working under demanding conditions.
The TR-971 airflow indicator is included in the scope of delivery. Filters, a belt, a battery, and a charger are not included with this unit and must be purchased separately. When combined with compatible 3M™ Versaflo™ headpieces and accessories, it forms a complete, CE- and ATEX-certified respiratory protection system.
The blower unit features three selectable airflow settings, allowing for individual adjustment to the work environment and wearer comfort. An integrated audible and visual alarm reliably warns of insufficient airflow or low battery power. The bright yellow controls indicate the intrinsically safe version and make it easier to distinguish from non-intrinsically safe variants.
The TR-802E is compatible with particle filters as well as particle/gas/vapor combination filters and is therefore suitable for a wide range of applications.
