3M DBI-SALA ExoFit XE50 Safety Harness

The 3M™ DBI-SALA® ExoFit™ XE50 is an ergonomically designed fall arrest harness that meets the highest safety and comfort standards for work at height. Made from durable polyester webbing and alloy steel components, it offers long-lasting stability and reliable performance in daily use.

The X-shaped chest straps with a central D-ring ensure optimal positioning of the user and improve body balance while working. The revolver adjuster allows for quick and secure adjustment of the torso length, while the integrated automatic buckle ensures a comfortable, proper fit of the harness.

The integrated pHSG tunnel enables quick connection and disconnection of personal fall arrest devices. For added safety, the safety harness also features flat suspension trauma foot loops. The reusable and repositionable lanyard holders ensure that carabiners can be conveniently and securely stowed.

Thanks to the integrated 3M™ Connected Safety ID (RFID), inspections, inventory management, and documentation can be efficiently managed digitally. Optionally available comfort pads for the back, shoulders, and legs increase wearing comfort—the shoulder pads with straps also prevent uncomfortable chafing on the neck.

For applications in the wind power industry, special models (1112744–1112749) are equipped with wear protection on the back. The XE50 is also compatible with many 3M tool fall arresters, making it a versatile companion for a wide range of industrial sectors.
