The 3M™ DBI-SALA® ExoFit™ XE50 is an ergonomic, durable fall arrest harness for professional work at height and was developed to combine safety, comfort, and optimal freedom of movement. Made from sturdy polyester webbing and alloy steel components, it is ideal for daily use in demanding work environments.

The X-shaped chest straps with a central D-ring ensure a balanced, ergonomic position for the wearer. The revolver adjuster allows for quick and secure adjustment of the torso length, while the integrated automatic buckle ensures a comfortable and secure fit. Optional comfort pads for the back, shoulders, and legs further enhance wearing comfort—shoulder pads with straps prevent chafing on the neck.

The integrated pHSG tunnel allows for quick, easy connection and disconnection of personal fall arrest devices. Flat suspension trauma foot loops assist the user in an emergency. With the reusable and repositionable lanyard holders, carabiners can be easily stowed. For easy management, the 3M™ Connected Safety ID (RFID) is integrated, which significantly simplifies inspections and inventory checks.

Wind power models (1112744–1112749) also feature wear protection on the back. The XE50 is compatible with numerous 3M tool fall arresters and is therefore versatile for a wide range of industrial and assembly applications.
