The Scotch-Brite™ Deburr and Finish PRO compact disc is designed for efficient deburring and consistent finishing. By using precision-shaped ceramic abrasive grains firmly embedded in a durable nylon web, the disc achieves high removal rates while offering a very long service life. The compressed disc design ensures controllable operation and significantly reduces the need for frequent disc changes.

The compact disc is soft enough to protect delicate workpieces, yet extremely robust and wear-resistant. Burrs are removed quickly and cleanly without damaging surfaces or thread forms. Thanks to the self-sharpening ceramic grains, the grinding performance remains consistently high throughout the entire service life, enabling a uniform, smooth finish.
