The Scotch-Brite™ Deburr and Finish PRO compact disc for deburring and finishing uses precision-shaped 3M grains bonded to a nylon web to achieve higher abrasive performance and longer service life during deburring and finishing operations. Our pressed compact discs are soft but as wear-resistant as iron to minimize disc changes.

Use the Scotch-Brite™ PRO compact disc for high grinding performance and service life during deburring and finishing operations. Our smooth-running, pressed compact discs remove burrs quickly and cleanly. They are soft to prevent damage, yet as strong and durable as iron, so they need to be replaced less often. They are manufactured with precision-shaped ceramic abrasive grains bonded to a nylon web. The hardness of the ceramic material, combined with the self-sharpening grain, extends service life and allows work to be completed faster without compromising the desired smooth finish or the adjustable machining capabilities of Scotch-Brite abrasive discs. The PRO Compact Discs for deburring and finishing are ideal for OEM applications and the refurbishment and maintenance of piping. These robust, high-performance grinding discs reliably remove dirt, corrosion deposits, and other contaminants without stressing or compromising the thread form. This allows the piping to be put back into service more quickly.
