The Scotch-Brite™ Wear Resistant abrasive fleece material is designed for both machine-driven and hand-held applications and is particularly suitable for cleaning, finishing, and light deburring.
The broad portfolio of these hand pads includes various product variants suitable for touching up stainless steel and aluminum surfaces, achieving a matte metal finish, light stain removal, and tool cleaning. The Wear Resistant hand pads can be used to clean sensitive surfaces, achieve a matte finish, or roughen painted surfaces for the next process step. They can be applied after an initial coat of paint, for intermediate sanding, and also before bonding.
