Beschreibung
The 3M™ Cubitron™ II Hookit™ cloth discs 947A set new standards in metalworking. Their performance is based on the precision-shaped ceramic grain, which has particularly sharp edges and enables fast, efficient material removal. Supported by an integrated cooling agent, the grinding process remains significantly cooler, which is particularly advantageous for temperature-sensitive materials such as stainless steel.
The robust X-cloth, combined with the hook-and-loop 3M™ Hookit™ backing, ensures high stability, comfortable handling, and secure attachment to the tool. The discs are available in several grits ranging from 40+ to 120+ and are suitable for both angle grinders (115 mm / 125 mm) and—depending on the hole design—for use on random-orbit sanders.
Although their primary application is metalworking, the 947A discs also perform well when sanding wood or removing paint. This makes them remarkably versatile and ensures consistently high-quality results.
