The 3M™ 769F Fan Disc delivers high performance, long life, and impressive versatility for grinding applications. Thanks to the precision-shaped 3M™ ceramic grain, it cuts significantly faster and lasts noticeably longer than conventional zirconia fan discs. The grit breaks down in a controlled manner into fresh, sharp-edged particles, ensuring a consistently high cutting speed throughout the disc’s entire service life.

The lamellar construction enables continuous material removal and produces a smoother, finer finish than comparable fiber discs. Thanks to its high removal rate combined with reduced contact pressure, the disc is particularly well-suited for carbon steel, stainless steel, and other heat-sensitive metals.
