The 3M™ Cubitron™ 3 Fan-Shaped Abrasive Disc 1169F is designed for consistent, high-performance grinding in metalworking. It combines high material removal with controlled handling and is ideal for continuous use in professional settings.

At the heart of the disc is the redesigned 3M precision-shaped grain with a curved side structure. During grinding, new cutting edges are continuously formed, effectively cutting through the metal. This keeps the removal rate consistently high and significantly more efficient than with conventional flap discs made of aluminum oxide or zirconia.

The flaps are designed to wear evenly and continuously release fresh abrasive material.
