The 3M Xtract™ Cubitron™ 900DZ cloth disc features a patented 3M Multihole pattern that provides better dust extraction during random orbital sanding. Part of the 3M Xtract™ series, the gold standard in dust removal and performance. The innovative Multihole perforation provides better dust extraction than products with five or six holes—thereby improving material removal and significantly extending service life. With this design, there is no need to align it with the holes on the sanding pad, making disc changes quick, easy, and convenient. The disc features 3M precision-shaped ceramic grit, a revolutionary advancement in abrasive technology. The triangular-shaped ceramic mineral is designed to cut through the surface rather than gouging or “plowing” it like conventional abrasives. As a result, the disc delivers twice the removal rate of standard discs. The J-backing material offers excellent tear resistance and durability, enabling a smooth and uniform finish on various surfaces.
