3M Hookit Disc 775L

The 3M™ Cubitron™ II Hookit™ 775L film disc utilizes 3M’s modern precision-grade technology, in which uniformly shaped ceramic particles actively cut rather than merely scraping the material. The result is significantly faster material removal combined with exceptionally long service life—even with fine grits. The discs are now available up to grit 1000+ and thus cover a wide range of applications, from efficient removal to demanding fine finishing.

The film disc can be used on many substrates, including metal, wood, composites, as well as paints, primers, and other coatings. Its tear-resistant film backing offers high stability, especially at the edges, and ensures a consistent finish in both dry and wet applications.

With the 3M™ Hookit™ System, discs can be changed quickly and reused multiple times, which increases productivity and reduces costs. Especially in dusty work areas, the Hookit™ System offers clear advantages over self-adhesive sanding discs.
