Beschreibung
The 3M Xtract™ Cubitron™ II 775L film disc was developed for maximum efficiency in machine sanding. At its core is the precision-shaped ceramic grain, which actively cuts the material, enabling exceptionally high removal rates while maintaining a consistently fine finish. At the same time, wear is reduced, resulting in significantly extended service life—even with very fine grits up to 1,000+.
A key advantage is the specially developed 3M Xtract™ Multihole pattern. It ensures exceptionally effective dust extraction across the entire sanding surface. This keeps the grit exposed longer, reduces heat build-up, and promotes consistent results. Additionally, it eliminates the time-consuming realignment of the disc during changes.
The high-quality film backing impresses with its high tear resistance and excellent edge stability, making it clearly superior to traditional paper discs. In combination with the 3M™ Hookit™ hook-and-loop system, the discs can be quickly attached, cleanly removed, and reused multiple times. The film disc is versatile and suitable for both heavy-duty material removal and precise finishing work on metals, wood, composites, as well as painted and coated surfaces.
