The 3M Xtract™ Cubitron™ II Film Disc 775L delivers maximum grinding performance combined with an excellent surface finish. Thanks to its precision-shaped ceramic grains, the abrasive actively cuts through the material rather than just pushing it aside. The result: significantly faster material removal with noticeably longer service life—even with fine grits up to 1,000+.

The innovative multi-hole design of 3M Xtract™ technology ensures particularly efficient dust extraction. This keeps the sanding surface clear longer, reduces clogging, and promotes a uniform sanding pattern. At the same time, the working environment improves and productivity increases.

Compared to conventional paper backing, the robust film backing offers higher tear resistance and excellent edge stability—in both dry and wet applications. In combination with the proven 3M™ Hookit™ hook-and-loop system, the discs can be changed quickly, secured firmly, and reused multiple times. The film disc is suitable for a wide range of materials such as metals, wood, composites, paints, primers, and other coatings, making it ideal for removal and finishing work.
