The 3M™ Cubitron™ II Hookit™ Film Disc 775L was developed for users who need high removal rate and a precise finish in a single product. The disc utilizes 3M’s specially shaped ceramic grain, which works particularly effectively thanks to its uniform cutting edges. Unlike traditional abrasives, the grain actively cuts into the material, resulting in significantly faster results and a much longer service life.
With the range expanded to include extremely fine grits (500+ to 1000+), the disc is suitable for a wide variety of tasks—from aggressive grinding to final surface finishing. The robust film backing guarantees high tear resistance and stable edges, ensuring a consistent sanding pattern even during demanding applications.
Thanks to the 3M™ Hookit™ hook-and-loop system, the discs are easy to attach, remove, and reuse multiple times. This system is particularly advantageous in work environments where dust or dirt would otherwise impair the adhesion of self-adhesive discs.
