The 3M™ Xtract™ Cubitron™ II 775L Film Disc combines maximum grinding performance, efficient dust extraction and long service life in a single product. Thanks to the patented 3M Xtract™ Multihole perforation, dust is extracted particularly effectively—this prevents clogging of the sanding disc, increases productivity, and ensures a cleaner, healthier work environment.

At the heart of the disc is 3M™ Precision Grain Technology: The triangular-shaped ceramic grain actively cuts into the material rather than grinding or plowing through it. The result is up to twice as fast material removal and a service life up to six times longer compared to conventional abrasives.

The tear-resistant film backing ensures excellent edge stability and consistent sanding results, even under heavy-duty use. The open-coating and a dust-repellent coating prevent the disc from clogging—ideal for materials such as wood, paints, or composites.
