Based on precision ceramic grain technology, the 3M™ Cubitron™ II Hookit™ 947A cloth discs deliver outstanding performance. Cool grinding, supported by an abrasive aid, a strong fabric backing, and a hook-and-loop backing (Hookit), make this product in the grit range from 40+ to 120+ a guarantee for the best results, especially on metal. The product is available in 115 mm and 125 mm sizes and can be used on angle grinders even at higher speeds.
This sanding disc is available in solid (unperforated) versions or with perforations in diameters of 75 mm (3-hole), 125 mm (5-hole), and 150 mm (6-hole) for use on a random orbital sander. The primary application is metal. However, the discs are also suitable for use on wood and for paint removal
