3M Accuspray Nozzle Heads

The 3M™ Accuspray™ nozzle head for the PPS™ 2.0 series is the practical solution for uniform atomization of a wide variety of coatings. It is exclusively compatible with products from the 3M™ PPS™ 2.0 series and is suitable for paints, primers, base and top coats, adhesives, and other materials. The transparent nozzle heads allow you to check at a glance whether cleaning or replacement is necessary. Each head is reusable, easy to clean, and can be replaced with a new one as needed—so you always work with the performance of a brand-new spray gun.
The kit contains 4 nozzle heads, available in three color-coded sizes:

• 1.4 mm: for fine atomization of low-viscosity materials such as sealing varnishes or light adhesives
• 1.8 mm: for medium- to high-viscosity coatings such as paints and adhesives
• 2.0 mm: for high-viscosity materials such as gelcoat, primers, or sound-absorbing coatings
