3M Accuspray Nozzle Heads

The 3M™ Accuspray™ nozzle heads are an essential component of the 3M™ Accuspray™ system and enable a uniform spray pattern for materials ranging from very low-viscosity to high-viscosity. By simply changing the heads, the spray gun’s performance remains as good as new—there is no need to replace the entire gun.

The reusable, transparent nozzles are easy to clean and allow for visual inspection at any time to ensure they are free of residue. Available in three color and size options, they can be optimally adapted to the specific material type:

• 1.4 mm for low-viscosity materials such as clear coats, sealants, or light adhesives
• 1.8 mm for medium to high-viscosity paints and adhesives in the automotive sector
• 2.0 mm for high material volumes and viscous substances, such as gel coats, primers, or special coatings (ideal with the 3M™ Accuspray™ HGP gun)

The system saves time, reduces cleaning effort, and delivers a uniform, high-quality finish.
