Beschreibung
The 3M™ Accuspray™ nozzle heads were specifically developed for use with 3M™ Accuspray™ spray guns and enable efficient application of materials ranging from very low to high viscosity. Thanks to their interchangeable design, technicians can quickly change the nozzle head as needed to achieve the performance of a nearly new spray gun—without having to replace the entire spray gun.
The transparent nozzle heads allow for easy visual inspection of cleanliness and can be effortlessly cleaned or reused. Available in three sizes, they offer optimal atomization for a wide range of applications:
- 1.4 mm for fine spray patterns with low-viscosity materials such as topcoats, sealants, or light adhesives
- 1.8 mm for medium- to high-viscosity paints and adhesives in automotive refinishing
- 2.0 mm for high-build coatings such as gel coats, primers, textured, and sound-deadening coatings (ideal with the 3M™ Accuspray™ HGP spray gun)
The system saves primer, reduces cleaning effort, and ensures a uniform, high-quality finish.
Note: Not compatible with 3M™ PPS™ Series 2.0.
