Beschreibung

The 3M™ Trizact™ 237AA cloth sanding belt delivers consistent sanding performance and a precise, fine finish. This is based on the micron-grade aluminum oxide pyramid structure, which continuously exposes new, sharp grains during sanding. This keeps cutting performance stable and ensures reproducible results.

Unlike conventional abrasives, the belt runs cooler, reduces the risk of overheating, and offers a significantly longer service life. The X-fabric backing is both flexible and robust, allowing it to adapt perfectly to contours, curves, and shaped surfaces. The belt is ideally suited for intermediate sanding, fine sanding, and polishing processes prior to painting or coating.

The resin-bonded abrasive layer is heat-resistant and prevents grain loss even under heavy use. Thanks to the even grain distribution, fewer processing steps are required, reducing time and effort. An integrated film backing ensures smooth, vibration-free operation and prevents chatter marks.

The 3M™ Trizact™ 237AA thus offers up to five times longer service life, a uniform sanding finish, and noticeably increased productivity compared to standard abrasives.
